A select 16 Soldiers in the Wisconsin Army National Guard faced off in the 2017 State Best Warrior Competition at Fort McCoy, Wis., April 21-23. Eight Soldiers and eight noncommissioned officers tested their professional and physical skills contending for the distinction of being named the state’s best Soldier and noncommissioned officer.
